5kg STERLING SILVER IMPRESSIVE REED BARTON 111 PIECES

⭕ Impressive boxed set of a Reed and Barton flatware set, in its original box. The Francis I pattern is one of the most famous in silver flatware. Inspired in Renaissance models, it was designed by Ernest Meyer, and it combines different arrangements of flowers and fruits across the different types of pieces in the set.
There are 111 pieces (8 x 12 + 15 serving and special pieces) in this very complete set for 12 persons, and they are kept in their own original silver chest.
All pieces have the Francis I pattern, although --as it is usual in all antique large flatware sets- some of them are later replacements. Nevertheless, as mentioned, all of them are Reed and Barton sterling silver pieces, have the same type of handles, and the Francis I pattern, with the only exception of two of the butter knives, which are slightly different to the others in the set, but still in-keeping. Please, feel free to ask about any more pictures if you should need them.
Chests maximum height: 16.4cm

Condition: Both the silver chest and the flatware are in an excellent condition, with no damages or restorations.
