⭕ I have a 3 bedroom house with a 1 bathroom. I have a room vacant which Im wanting to rent out for £500 a month, all bills included (internet, gas, water, etc.) and I have all kitchen (pans, plates, oven, microwave), laundry (washing machine, drying racks, iron) and entertainment (tv, games) equipment to share. No council tax is required as I pay that fully. I do require a 1 month deposit and a contract for a minimum of 3 months to be signed. I also have an off street parking space and 2 on street parking spaces none of which are being used currently.
