⭕ As the title says, Im looking for a place in Sheffield, closer to the city, the better, say within 3 miles of the centre.

Mixed household preferred (or at least sharing with a female, so its not all same gendered house), but not a strict requirement. I dont mind pets, even better if you have cats. I dont smoke but I dont mind if you/others do.

Budgets a bit limited, I can do up to £300 a month (bills included, etc), can stretch it a bit depending on the area.
