The property includes a spacious garden and decking area perfect for summer parties or BBQs, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area. The current flatmates are all young professionals with generally regular hours. Friendly and sociable, well quite often hang out in the lounge and watch some TV, or chill in the garden.

Theres a cleaner that comes twice a week, who does dishes, takes out the bins and cleans the shared areas. Council tax is included in the rent, but bills are not and are around £50 per month.
