⭕ Hello. I am looking for a flat with one bedroom to move in with my girlfriend. I am EU citisen 34yo, working here on a perm professional contract. Flat needs to be in Cardiff (I prefer Tornhill but any area is ok), needs to be clean and quiet and would be nice if furnished.
I can go with a monthly rent of 500£ paid in advance when we sign the letting contract, but with the bondle / house deposit I need an agrreement on wich I can pay it on equal rates on the first two months after I move in. I prefer direct landlords. Thank you.
