Im looking to transfer the remainder of my tenancy at the Leeds Plaza over to a new tenant. Im moving in with my boyfriend and as such wont need the room any longer.

The room comes with a private bathroom and toilet, 3/4 bed, study space & shared kitchen. All of my housemates (four) are quiet and pleasant. Wi-fi is included as part of the tenancy at no extra cost as well as all other bills.

The rent is paid in full till mid January, so consider that an early Christmas present if you move in before that date.
