I am looking for a flat/house that is clean and there is a room available for rent at £500-550 a month.
My ideal move-in date is late May. Recently, I have been offered my first full-time permanent job near Aldgate.
So, I am looking for a place that is within cycling distance (hopefully 30 mins by bike). Ideally, there would be a living room. I prefer to have a home-feel, rather than just a place to sleep and nothing but isolation in own room.
If you have a room, no pets and welcome an international person who likes to learn new cultures, I can be your ideal flat/house mate.
Also, I love food. If you like to cook, we could share food from time to time (Check my Instagram if you like: habendum.et.tenendum).
Other (hopeful) requirements:
- All bills included (esp. wifi and TV)
- Furnished
- Safe bike storage area (indoor/outdoor or space in the flat/house/room)
- Gay friendliness
