Is exceptionally tidy and always cleaning. Looks after the property as if its her own. All id ask is you are a decent landlord who can sort out problems if any arises as she has been through a rough time and needs somewhere low maintenance.

If its just a room youre offering. Must be a good sized double with an en-suite + shower.
