⭕ We have a room available. It is furnished, has a study table with chair and
a closet for your things. The bus stop is a few blocks from the house, it will
take you downtown and to nearby universities.

We are a married couple with a wonderful lab who is part of the family. We
have a washer and dryer in the basement for your laundry needs. Utilities are
included with the rent including wifi. We are currently accepting students only.
