⭕ Original 1964 Gibson Firebird V reverse. Only 510 Gibson Firebird Vs were ever produced in 64. This killer diller instrument has had the Johnny Winter mod done to it. i.e. This was has been converted to a stoptail and it was refretted with jumbos eons ago but, it plays like butter. As you can see most of the original Lyre tailpiece is present as well as another (extra) original 60s complete bridge assembly. So, if you wanted to restore this bird back to its original state then it would be easy enough. Youve already got the parts! Personally I love this guitar the way it is! It seriously rocks! These are so versatile! So many tones can be coxed from this guitar. As you can see this one has never been broken either. All of the parts are original to this guitar other than the brass nut. Everything is nickel plated as well. Very, very cool! Just for fun this will be an old school.
