Single bound top & back. 24 ¾ scale. Bound Mexican Mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard with treble side extension. Adjustable rod for upright playing (described but seldom if ever seen). Solid spruce top with red Mahogany sunburst finish. Bound oval sound hole. Ebony saddle piece. Sub bass tuners in 2-3-3-2 configuration. Rounded peg head with scroll on peg head extension. Scroll on upper body bout with pearl dot inlay. The Gibson in pearl inlay on slanted angle on head stock. 18 ¾ wide. Elevated pick guard with patent March 30, 09. One pick guard support with July 4, 1901 patent date. Double trapeze tailpiece with pins mounted on tortoise grain celluloid plate.
