⭕ Here I have a nice 3x matching numbers basket-case 1953 BMW R51/3 born April 10th, 1953 . The great news is that these 2 covers have stayed together all these years.
This sale includes all the things you see, the transmission is full of shafts and gears, and the final drive is complete internally as well. Rubber, wiring, and gaskets etc. are not included - all of these parts degrade badly and would be tossed out anyway - these parts are all readily available in the after market. The frame is in great shape. Primary engine internals are included and you will want to install new bearings, seals and clean slingers. Head light and speedometer housing are complete. Air cleaner, handle bars, hand break and throttle assembly are included.
Shipping costs may be less than quoted - I cant find a way to do an exact price until all is packed and ready.No tank or fenders, wheels or Rims. I do have paperwork for this machine stating the information the bike was manufactured in Germany from BMW.
