⭕ This is Museum quality Fan made of prescious materials,and presents hystorical document of trading between East & West.Fan has extremly rare elaborated gourd sticks with 2 dragons on each side made of silver.Rivet is made of cut glass or rock chrystal,in the form of diamond,conecting metal loop with the fan.Sticks of the skeleton are made of gilded silver with cloissone enamel floral decoration,and carved ox bone painted in different colours.Leaf is made of paper with hand painted decoration:one side with 3 medallons presenting 3 ports(Canton, Macao & Hong Kong),with 3 flags:American,French,and British marine flag.Also can be seen domes of the Jesuit churches with crusifiction on the top.On the other side flower sprays with brids & insects.Has original tasell made of 3 coloured silk,(beige,violet,fuxia) with endless nod and gold.
AGE:1830 - 1860
CONDITION: Two small slips of the paper,and some rubbing of the paper on the edges.Othervise perfect!!!
