⭕ This is a single room, about 3x3m, with in-room sink on the top floor of a terraced house. It would suit a fit young gay male up to about age 25. The rent would be reduced to £0 (and no bills) in exchange for assistance with a variety of tasks. These would amount to about 8 hours of work a week including heavier cleaning e.g. exterior windows (a weekly cleaner attends to the lighter stuff), gardening, DIY, shopping, some secretarial work etc.

The house is fully centrally heated and double glazed. There is access to a deck, cross-trainer and weights as well as kitchen and bathroom etc. General cleaning, excluding this room, is done by a weekly cleaner. There is a washing machine and dishwasher and the house has wireless internet throughout. Cable TV can be arranged as an extra if desired.

The landlord is a 57-year old professional.

No drugs or smoking.

The room is not intended for short-term lets.
