Property is a 2 bedroom upstairs maisonette, has shared small kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The bedroom has double bed, cupboard, 2 chests of drawers, has tv connection but need to supply own tv. Property has super fast wifi.

Im a guy in my mid 30s who enjoys the quieter side of life (so no parties) and works full time. Would suit a male, female or couple just looking for something temporary until the end of September.

I have no problem with smokers but no smoking in the house.

There is a driveway to the side of the property which could be used or shared.

£50 per week. Ill pay bills and council tax.
