A small double room is available in a static caravan park.
The room has built in storage and a dressing table. Central heated and double glazed, with all modcons. Bills and internet included, except gas.
In this manicured park Ive found a peaceful environment, quite unique to a location so close to brighton. On a cliff overlooking the sea, about 20 min from brighton on the 12 bus, or less on the elusive 12x. Nature walks along the cliff and a small forrest for those that enjoy.
The lounge is also a room, so can be shared for chats and meals.
Im an easy going, vegetarian and gardener.
Looking for an easy going flatmate. I can be accommodating with the smoking.
