Beaches are all around the Cap at a only 5 minutes walk and at a few minutes more you can reach the old town of Antibes, its harbor and the colorful Provencal market which is held every morning.

On the West side you can walk to JUAN LES PINS, famous for its fancy boutiques and busy night life (Great Jazz Festival during the summer!). Much to see and to visit from Saint Troppez (40 km) to Menton, charming Provencal villages (Mougins, Saint Paul de Vance, Eze...), rivers, canyons and mountains all around : the Vallee des Merveilles in the most beautiful National Park is accessible only aat a 1h30 drive.

But you may prefer to rest on the beach : the Mediterranean sea is just down the path ... and the water by 24° in summer...
