⭕ For sale rare 1959 mark 6 soprano #84xxx.

The original dark amber lacquer is about 95%.

This horn feels and sounds like you would expect a mark 6 from this vintage to. Its very robust and powerful but can be delicate and eastern as well. Intonation is cool except for a few notes that can be adjusted. Pads are very good. There are a few clicks that can be taken care of in a few minutes by a good repairman. This is not the soprano that I used on my recordings but have been practicing on it for the last several months. It feels great to play and am only letting it go because i found another one near this vintage in silver and cant keep them both.
