⭕ This is a an original vintage late 1958/early 1959 Fender telecaster. Original finish. The pot codes are 47th week of 1958. The guitar sounds great and plays great. I have been playing guitar for 32 years, and Ive played them all, so although I am not a professional guitarist, I can tell you honestly that its a special telecaster. Its light weight, around 7.25 pounds, and resonant.

The guitar has a round C neck with low action, typical of this production year. The original frets are pretty worn but are still fine. The mud capacitor is in the case pocket and comes with the guitar. The case is in decent shape. The original strap and bridge cover are included. The neck is extremely tight in the pocket, so I have not removed it - although I gently tried. When you take off the pick guard you can see that theres nothing on the butt of the neck anyway, which is how it should be for this production year.
