⭕ Leading data migration company looking for mid level technical professionals with 4+ years of practical experience in SAN Storage.

Job Summary
As a member of the Customer Engineering team, you will design and implement the SAN migration solution using data migration appliance for customer as well as lab. You will gain hands-on experience with Data Migration Appliance and delivery methodology. You will work closely with a team of highly talented and dedicated engineers to develop enterprise migration solutions.

Responsibilities include:
•Gather and document customer technical configurations and project requirements
•Develop and document an overall migration solution
•Stage and test migration solutions at Lab
•Install and setup appliance at customer site, and migration data using the migration appliance
•Install/Configure/Troubleshoot/Support technical solutions as designed in a production environment.
•Provide escalation support to customers/partners
•Serve as technical liaison to other vendors providing hardware/software/integration services
•Provide status reports to the Project Manager
•20% Travel (domestically and internationally) to customer data center
•Work individually and in a team environment to achieve common goals

Qualifications
•BS or MS, or better degree in EE/CE/CS
•SAN Storage Expertise: Minimum three years experience in managing and/or maintaining SAN Storage. Certification a plus.
•SAN Fabric Expertise: Minimum three years experience in managing and/or maintaining SAN Fabric. Certification a plus.
•SAN Migration experience a plus (e.g.., EMC SAN Copy, EMC SRDF, HPE 3PAR Remote Copy, HPE 3PAR Online Import, IBM Global Mirror, SVC Virtualization, HDS Virtualization, NetApp SnapMirror)
•LINUX experience/certification a plus.
•UNIX experience/certification a plus.
•Windows experience/certification a plus.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent troubleshooting skills
•Willing to work based on customer migration schedule
•Willing to travel
